Reducing the spread of infection is now as simple as a flip of a light switch!
The Healthe Space Downlight provides passive and ongoing sanitization of air and surfaces for occupied spaces, in addition to comfortable illumination. Equipped with a Far-UVC source delivering 222 nanometer light to inactivate microbes. Scientific data supports the germicidal efficacy and human safety of the novel Far-UVC (222nm) technology including independent research backed by many peer-reviewed papers.

Multiple modes of operation for both the Far-UVC source and visible light work in concert with an integral motion sensor to provide sanitization, automatically. The Downlights visible light, offered in 3000K and 4000K features features a boost at 435nm to activate antimicrobial properties of TiO₂ found in surface coating and cleaners.

The Downlight is a powerful 2-in-1 solution, delivering continuous sanitization and general illumination to any space we work, live and play.

With studies suggesting harmful microbials can survive on common surfaces for up to several days/72 hours, the Downlight is the ideal 2-in-1 solution to combat infectious pathogens while offering illumination for workspaces such as nurse stations, medical offices, reception areas, clinics, assisted living communities as well as schools, and childcare centres plus other high risk areas such as restaurants and serving areas.

Unique 2-in-1 solution that not only provides high-quality illumination, but cleans and sanitizes surfaces

Features Far-UVC technology that effectively penetrates and inactivates >90% of bacteria and viruses without harm to exposed human skin and eyes

UV dosage requirement can be low due to effectiveness of Far-UVC light source

Integrated general illumination available in various CCT choices including Healthe’s GoodDay engineered spectrum

Motion-controlled mode activates Far-UVC light via built-in PIR motion sensor and can preserve longevity of Far-UVC module during periods of inactivity

The Cleanse 6" downlight bulb can be retrofitted to conventional recessed ceiling can fixture for easy installation.

Available in 120V or 220V input voltage with a power consumption of 20W

The primary goal in installing the Cleanse Downlight is air and surface sanitization and the secondary benefit, general illumination. Any spacing criteria should therefore by dictated by the 5-6ft on centre spacing recommendation for sanitization.
The recommended mounting height and spacing criteria for air and surface sanitization is highly dependent on how the space is used. In order to adhere to the ACGIH for threshold limit opf vaules of UV exposure (23mJ/cm2/8-hour day), recommendations are as follows:
Continuously occupied spaces such as, reception areas, supermarket checkouts, retail store counters or consultation rooms
5-6ft on centre spacing
Allow a minimum of 36" headroom clearance, for example Downlights installed in a 9ft ceiling allow 36" clearance for people <6ft tall

Ideal as a set and forget sanitization means for gathering spaces, over counters/servery areas, consulting rooms, high-traffic areas and spaces. Suitable for all commercial, healthcare, residential and situations such as restaurants, cafe's, large corporate offices, retail environments, hospital and healthcare, supermarkets, airports and education facilities.
