The UV Tower Mobile is a commercial grade, dual-lamp, germicidal device providing 360 degree coverage and elimination of up to 99.9% of air and surface micro-organisms (moulds, bacteria and viruses).

Ideal for high touch and high traffic environments such as motels, offices and consultation rooms to achieve a deep disinfection of air and surfaces with no nasty chemicals, poisons, smells, liquids or residues.  It's height ensures the UVC light is beamed from floor level right up to desktops, counters and vanities. Complete with control timer panel and four wheels for ease of use.

To achieve levels of disinfection in rooms where there is furniture & equipment that create shadows, and larger spaces, it will be necessary to establish 'zones' to position the UV Tower Mobile strategically to achieve full light coverage within 2 metres; this normally means that 2 to 3 different locations and run cycles will be required to disinfect a room, to ensure reduction of shadowed areas. Set the UVC Stick Mobile in position, set the start delay, and the run timer- then leave the room and the Mobile will run its cycle and automatically shut off the UVC once the cycle is completed; making it safe for the operator to return and move to the next position, or to another room.

Traditional cleaning methods alone are at times often not sufficient to ensure high levels of hygiene. The process of disinfection can be greatly improved by introducing the use of UV-C technology. In a short period of time the UV Stick Mobile can achieve a reduction of over 99.9% on live bacteria strains such as Bacillus, Coli, Clostridium, Legionella, Vibrio, Salmonella, Pseudomonas, Staphylococcus etc.  Thanks to natural air circulation, even microbes located in hidden areas are continually drawn towards the irradiated area, so that their overall level progressively decreases.

Establishing the most efficient zones (positioning points) can be determined during the first disinfection cycle, using UVC dosimeters placed nearby to check irradiation levels and therefore germicidal efficacy for each cycle. Once zones are determined for best efficacy,  the disinfection cycle becomes a process and does not need be reconsidered unless room layout changes. For example, a hotel room would typically have x3 zones and therefore x3 disinfection cycles;  at each side of the bed at its foot to ensure areas down to the bedside tables are reached (as well as reaching objects and furniture opposite to the bed) , and once within the bathroom.

To avoid exposure to harmful UV-C rays, the operation of the UVC Tower Mobile is permitted only in the absence of personnel and be trained and authorized operators. However, the exposure risks are easy to manage once you understand this equipment fully, and its intended function.  Full skin and eye coverage using PPE is required if for any reason you are exposed to the UVC light in action.

Treatment by UV-C rays is purely physical, and achieves always the same effect; also, there are no problems of overdose and rooms are always safe and practicable when device is turned off. Many methods of chemical treatment involve the use of dangerous products for the environment, and difficult to biodegrade, as well as the risk of contamination of foodstuffs. Use of chemicals it is likely to develop resistant microbial forms with consequent danger to human health.

It takes just a very short time to obtain effective results (99% killing of the bacteria).

The treatment is immediate and ready for use. The maintenance is minimal with low costs of both energy consumption and repairs. Leaves no dangerous fumes, chemicals or residues.

This device provides the ability to maintain a sterile equipment, without the slightest contraindication. Equipment to be disinfected, or previously sterilized, can be pre-served for a long time and are ready at any time, since the treatment is dry and without heat generation.

Ultraviolet C light is dangerous if not managed correctly, because it breaks down DNA- including human skin and eyes.  So you cannot expose skin and eyes to the UVC light, however delay timer start and automatic close off after each cycle ensure that with simple training, the UVC Stick Mobile can be in fact, very safe to use.
